1. Refunds
All purchases are one-time, lifetime access for €15.
Since it's a digital product with immediate access, we generally do not offer refunds.
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, for example if there was a payment error or a technical issue preventing access.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your payment information (transaction ID, date of purchase)
- A short description of the issue you're experiencing
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
3. Important Notes
Once access is granted and the license is active in the app, refunds are very rarely issued.
We recommend testing the free version of the app before making a purchase to ensure it meets your expectations.
